This week it can be very busy it will be important to balance your daily routine & not over book your schedule. Some may need to dig in and get things done. Your also facing circumstances that you may want more freedom. Is the grind worth the buck notion.
FOOD:
Be cautious of eating on the run this week. It may be key to look at pre made meals or the quick and easy. Eat food groups to support your throat chakra & yes look after wellness. If you had been social be cautious of excess when it comes to drinking alcohol.

ENERGY UPDATE:
You can have extremes emotions this week, you may feel a little emotional & disillusioned. Take time to trust your intuition. Listen to your feelings but be cautious of projection. You can also feel misunderstood.
This can be a very intuitive week & doing things to connect to you & earth can help nurture you. Some may experience psychic attacks, emotions relating to beliefs and fogginess.

FOOD:
Eat the food groups to support nervous system, add yellow foods . You may need to drink more fluid & be cautious of craving trigger dates above.

This week you can feel its key to get balanced & make some sense of order. You may wish to eat good food & win. You can benefit from baths with Epsom salts. Be cautious of exercise related injury's make sure you warm up.
FOOD:
Eat the yellow & green food groups to add support. If you find your run down take time for self care. You may be looking at a very social week in the mix. Its ok to skip to your own beat! Take a moment for self.

ENERGY UPDATE:
This week you can find things can start to balance out, many can have changes around their routine. Making time for loved ones, self love & fresh starts.
For some you may also be still feeling up & done. It will pass, drink chamomile add lemon listen to an up beat song and go for a walk. Swing through the hips, you may feel people will think your crazy, trust me it really works! You also have a bit of a laugh in the process.
Do things that bring you bliss, reward self this week for all your hard work. Some of that precure can be reducing due to our retrogrades & mercury direct.
FOOD:
eat the yellow food groups green & blue. Add additional fluid & be cautious of that cookie jar this week.
MEDITATION:
Clear your third eye and throat chakra this week. Post Mercury direct healing.
TIPS
If you experience inner child follow the above steps. Try to be cautious with excess eating driking atm. Take time to emnjoy lifes little pleasures though.
